Title

Card from Sandra to Dale Lauzon

Description

A card from Sandra to Dale. On yellow paper, an outline drawing of flowers in a pot has a small rectangular sign in it reading "Dale" in all capital letters. Inside the card, a poem has been typed in a handwritten-style font and signed with a handwritten name; the card interior reads "Years ago we played our rounds & we were bold, Our great golfing feats were often told. We played our golf from early Spring to Fall, Took off our shoes to cross creeks large & small. All of us looked terrific off the tees, Even if we did hit all the ponds & trees. We lost our balls in goffer holes & ditches, We really were persistent bitches! We could drive, and sink those putts, And all of us had great butts! There was lots of fun and lots of laughter We got the scores that we went after. Once we were young and we were bold, And now there may be silver amongst the gold, However girls, with all of our good memories, We will Never Be Old! Thanks for all those memories! Sandra"
